Creator program terms

Any creator can apply. Whether you are approved, and whether you stay in the program, is at our discretion.

You earn 20% of what each workspace you refer pays us, for 12 months counted from that workspace's first payment. The first payment counts.

Commission is taken from what the workspace actually paid: after any discount, minus refunds, chargebacks and tax. Payment processor fees are not deducted.

Test payments, complimentary plans and free plans earn nothing, because nobody paid.

Your audience gets 20% off the first month of their first paid plan, once. Only one discount applies to a checkout and discounts are never combined.

• A click on your link is remembered for 30 days. If someone clicks more than one creator's link before their workspace exists, the last click wins. Once the workspace exists, nothing moves it to another creator.
• A click from someone who already has an EveryReply account credits nobody.
• Your code typed at checkout counts only for a workspace that has never paid and is not already referred by anyone.
• Your own workspace, and any workspace you are a member of, never earns you commission. A referral paid with a card that also pays for one of your own workspaces can be voided.

Each payment's commission waits 30 days in case it is refunded. After that it is ready to pay.

We pay monthly through Plays once you are owed US$25 or more. Register on Plays with the same email you applied with. Until you do, your balance keeps growing but nothing can be sent.

A balance under US$25 rolls over to the next month. If a payment is refunded after you were paid for it, the amount comes off your later earnings.

You see counts: clicks, sign-ups, paying workspaces and what you are owed. You never see who the people are.

Every post, story, reel or video that promotes EveryReply must be marked as an ad. Put #ad at the start, where people see it before they read or watch, which is what the UK's advertising regulator expects. If your platform or country requires a different label, use that one.

Where the platform has its own paid partnership label, turn it on as well.

• Search ads on our brand. Do not bid on EveryReply, or any spelling of it, as a keyword.
• Spam, including unsolicited messages, comments or emails carrying your link or code.
• Misleading claims about EveryReply, its prices or what it does, including promised results.
• Fake accounts, fake reviews or fake sign-ups.

We may pause your participation. While you are paused your link keeps working, so nothing you have posted goes dead, but it binds no new workspaces. Workspaces you already referred keep earning.

We may end your participation. You earn nothing from charges made after that date, and we may withhold any commission obtained through fraud.

Reporting and paying tax on what you earn is your responsibility.

We may change these terms, and we will email you before a change takes effect. Commission already booked keeps the rate it was booked at.
